Cloud computing has been a buzz word for long enough that we're getting lots of differentiation and jargon: Hybrid clouds, internal clouds and private clouds. One issue that you ought to keep in mind as you evaluate the many cloud permutations is data security, as required by PCI, HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley and the like.
