Forrester Research's Chris McClean (great name) has an idea for you: Why not set up a corporate social responsibility program? He thinks such programs are essential at a time when so much is at stake from perceived irresponsibility, media exposure, possible regulatory action, etc. A CSR program would help create an environment of responsibility and communicate that message internally and externally. A real CSR program would go beyond lip service. That said, setting up such a program is likely easier said than done and requires a real commitment. Blog
