Got a grip on handheld info traffic?

Wireless messaging is something of an unknown when it comes to compliance. Information delivered by mobile phones and PDAs are not easily managed as this traffic does not always go through the corporate messaging servers and networks. At the same time, the need to be able to produce such information for compliance or litigation is not going away. We'll likely see more vendor activity in this area. Onset Technology recently launched its expanded METAmessage Advanced Compliance Tool (ACT), which enables enterprises to scan, block and archive wireless email and IM communications for compliance and data loss prevention in compliance with Sarbox and FINRA regulations.
