Does Skilling have a shot with the High Court?

As you know, former Enron CEO Jeffrey Skilling--the man perhaps most responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley--has been waging an all-out war to get his 24-year prison sentence reduced. While he's exhausted his options in front of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which just denied his efforts at securing an en banc hearing, he will take his case to the Supreme Court.

Skilling is betting his life on his view that prosecutors abused the "honest services" theory, which says "employees are bound to provide honest services and not put their interests ahead of a company's," according to Reuters. Stay tuned.
